All prices include the breakfast, which is served on the terrace during the summer season.
Wi-Fi is available in public areas and is free of charge. Fridge and flat-screen TV in all rooms. All our rooms are non-smoking.
Booking policies
- Check-in time: from 5.00 pm (please inform xus in case of late arrival).
- Check-out time: before 11.00 am (you can leave you bagage in the house).
- Free private parking available
Booking will only be confirmed after prepayment of 50% has been received (through checks or bank transfer).
Prepayment reimbursement will only be possible in case of cancellation up to 15 days before the expected date of arrival.

Payment with check or cash, no credit card accepted.
Unfortunately, we do not have easy access for disabled people.
We do not accept pets in the house.
